With a career journey that spans across diverse industries and a fervent passion for empowering businesses, I’ve proudly taken on the role of Founder and CEO of Eng4ge, all with the aim of making a lasting impact on the financial advisory sector.
My journey commenced within the beauty industry, where I climbed the ranks to become an Operations Director. During this time, I led the charge in propelling multiple brands to new heights across the landscapes of the UK and Ireland. Afterward, I transitioned my skills to the technology sector, assuming the role of a project manager. This phase of my career truly showcased my adeptness at tackling intricate challenges and nurturing vital stakeholder relationships.
However, my driving force isn’t solely derived from personal accomplishments. It’s rooted in my fervent desire to uplift others towards success. Observing the struggles that financial advisors often faced in managing their teams, I founded Eng4ge. The core purpose behind this endeavor was to equip them with the tools and knowledge to evolve into effective business leaders. My leadership style, characterized by a blend of firmness and nurturing, combined with my coaching acumen, has led to transformative changes in the businesses I’ve had the privilege to impact.
